Photography Policy

To ensure a quality and private experience for all guests, professional photography and videography are strictly regulated on our property.

Prohibited Photography

Professional photography and filming are generally not allowed for guests dining or touring the property. This includes full photo sessions. Additionally, the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), such as drones, is strictly prohibited without prior approval.

Approved Photography

Professional photography sessions, including engagement photos, are permitted only under specific conditions:

  • Contracted Events: Photography is allowed as part of a contracted event, such as a wedding or hosted gathering.

  • Member Privileges: Wine, Corporate, and Social Members may conduct professional photo sessions under the following terms:

    • Sessions must be scheduled during regular business hours.

    • The photoshoot cannot interfere with the Mansion’s dining, events, or tours.

    • Fees apply for all member photoshoots:

      • Two-hour session (during business hours): $350++

      • Session outside of business hours: An additional $100 fee

      • Session over two hours (up to eight hours): $1000++

Important Guidelines

  • Advance Written Consent Required: All professional photoshoots must have prior written consent and agree to our terms and conditions and release of liability.

  • Proof of Insurance: Approved photographers and videographers are required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before any work begins. The Mansion reserves the right to request this certificate at its sole discretion.

  • Non-Disruptive: All approved photography or filming must be non-disruptive to other guests and staff. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to cease their session for any reason.
