MEET THE TEAM

NICK KENNEDY

  • Chef Nick Kennedy is Executive Chef at Wrigley Mansion, leading the culinary program with a passion rooted in his early years growing up in the suburbs of Chicago. Raised by his mother, Nick spent countless hours in the kitchen with her, cooking and experimenting with ingredients—despite being a self-proclaimed picky eater for much of his youth. His appreciation for thoughtful, seasonal, and local cooking emerged in his twenties, when his first chef role at an organic farm opened his eyes to the artistry of fresh, intentional cuisine.

After relocating to Arizona, Chef Nick refined his craft in some of the region’s top fine dining restaurants, including SumoMaya, Maple & Ash, and etta. At Wrigley Mansion, he channels that experience into creating menus that reflect both innovation and respect for tradition, embracing the Mansion’s legacy while pushing its culinary boundaries. He is dedicated to leading a kitchen that values quality, collaboration, and a guest experience that feels as personal as it is exceptional.

Outside the kitchen, Nick enjoys baking at home with his stepdaughter, sharing in the same joy of cooking that inspired his own career. He and his wife love entertaining friends—often around a table of homemade food—and hosting lively games of Dungeons & Dragons.

Known for his precision, innovative approach, and dedication to flavor, he plays a key role in shaping the dining experience at Geordie’s. From menu development to execution, Chef Peter ensures each dish reflects the quality and attention to detail that define the Wrigley Mansion’s culinary program.
