NICK KENNEDY

Chef Nick Kennedy grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, raised by his mother, and spent countless hours in the kitchen together. Cooking and experimenting with ingredients was their shared passion, even though he was a picky eater for most of his youth. It wasn't until his 20s, when he landed his first chef role at an organic farm, that he started to appreciate thoughtful, seasonal, and local cooking.
After moving to Arizona, Chef Nick honed his skills in fine dining restaurants like SumoMaya, Maple & Ash, and etta. "I'm excited to bring my passion and expertise to the Wrigley Mansion," he says. "It's a place that truly values artistry, history, and quality. The passion and kindness of the team here are incredible, and I’m honored to be part of it."
When Chef Nick steps away from the professional kitchen, he's often experimenting with baking at home with his stepdaughter. He and his wife enjoy entertaining, and frequently host friends for games of Dungeons & Dragons.

Chef Peter brings his extensive culinary expertise and creativity to Geordie's at Wrigley Mansion. Inspired by Great Chefs of the World at a young age, he pursued his passion for food, refining his skills at Marcel's in Washington, D.C. Known for his attention to detail and innovative approach, Chef Peter plays a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience, ensuring that every dish reflects his dedication to quality and flavor.

Born in LA's San Fernando Valley, Joel Kalvin made his way to Arizona in 2015 to pursue his education at NAU. With over two decades of experience in the food and beverage scene, including a stint at Fox Restaurant Concept, Joel started at Wrigley Mansion in 2022, initially as a server. Now, as Assistant General Manager of Geordie’s, he thrives on the ever-shifting nature of his role. "Every day brings something new," he reflects. "It's invigorating, and teamwork is the cornerstone of our success, enhancing every guest's experience." Joel's dedication lies in fostering an exceptional work environment and ensuring guests' needs remain paramount. Off-duty, he enjoys exploring local eateries to savor diverse culinary experiences.

Cara Langley is our Director of Guest Services here at the Wrigley Mansion. She is very passionate about hospitality and creating lasting memories for our guests. Cara oversees our Guided Tours, Docents, and manages all of our marriage proposals at the Wrigley Mansion. Native to Arizona, she enjoys hiking, golf, and enjoying our beautiful weather outdoors, preferably dining al fresco!
