Our team can help you with enhancements, such as discreet photography, family coordination, or a celebratory dinner.

Garden Terrace — Romantic and green and intimate.
Geordie’s Terrace — Panoramic city and mountain views. Our tiled stairs are a favorite in photos.The Mansion offers elegant rooms indoors and scenic terraces outside. You’re welcome to tour and choose the location that feels right for your story.

How far in advance should I book?
Please book as early as possible especially for sunsets and weekends. We do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.Can I customize flowers or décor?
Yes! Upgrades available on request and time permitting.Is the package available year-round?
Typically yes. Select dates may be limited due to private events.What if it rains or it’s too hot?
We’ll recommend a beautiful indoor alternative and coordinate a smooth pivot.Is dinner required?
Not at all, but we’re happy to arrange a special dinner if you’d like.
Good to Know
Photoshoots
Capture your special moments in one of Phoenix’s most iconic settings.
We welcome photoshoots Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00am and 8:00pm.
Session fee: $350++ for up to 2 hours ($458.85 including tax and service charge).
After-hours: Times outside standard hours, when the Mansion is closed, are available for an additional $100 fee.
Location access: You are welcome to take photos throughout the property, provided your session does not interfere with other guests or events.
Drone use: No Certificate of Insurance is required for standard photoshoots. However, licensing is required if a drone will be used on property.

Our Team

A native of Arizona, Dolan has lived in the Valley of the Sun most of his life. Although he traveled in his youth as part of an Air Force family, he always returned to his roots in the West Valley. After working in the service industry throughout high school he decided to make hospitality his chosen field and graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. Working at exclusive properties, including a Different Pointe of View Restaurant at the Pointe at Tapatio Cliffs Resort, private country clubs and the Arizona Biltmore Hotel is how Dolan cultivated and refined his appreciation for the finer points of service and broadened his leadership experiences to include large banquet operations.
Joining the Wrigley Mansion Food & Beverage operation in 2019 was an easy decision with such a similar history and iconic status as the Biltmore.
Dolan is currently the Director of Event Operations and oversees the many special and private events held at the Wrigley Mansion.
Dolan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and outdoor activities including camping, fishing, hiking and scuba diving.

Cara Padilla is Director of Guest Services at Wrigley Mansion and has a passion for hospitality and a gift for creating memorable experiences. She oversees guided tours, leads the docent team, and coordinates marriage proposals, ensuring each is as unique and special as the couple themselves. An Arizona native, Cara enjoys hiking, golfing, and making the most of the state’s beautiful weather—especially when dining al fresco.

Marissa was born and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona. She studied at Coconino Community College in Flagstaff, majoring in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She comes to us with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her passion for planning, coordinating, and designing events led her to the Catering & Event Manager position at the Wrigley Mansion. When she isn’t planning events, you will find her spending quality time with her wife, closest family members, and friends. Email Marissa.

Originally from Southern California, Joscelyn and her family moved to Ohio where she grew up and ultimately earned a bachelor’s degree in Logistics OSCM, an associate degree in business management, and, most recently, a Travel Agent Certificate. Joscelyne is very experienced in the hospitality industry, starting as a server/bartender and moving into many divisions, including bakery, fast-food, sports bars, country clubs, luxury and banquets. She was with a country club for five years before Restoration Hardware where she had the opportunity to travel across the country opening three Gallery Restaurants with the company. Eventually, the cold winters became tiresome and last year she moved to Phoenix with her husband and two cats (Felix and Priscilla). The travel bug didn’t go away, though, and she has since visited six countries. Joscelyne is thrilled with her decision to come to Phoenix and find a place at Wrigley Mansion helping to create amazing memories for her clients. Email Joscelyne.
